For this secction in math we are learnig about how to multiply and divide fractions. When we are dividing fractions we have this method that we use. It is called KCF, which can only be used in dividing fractions. The K stands for keep it which you keep the first fraction the same. The C stands for change the division sign into a mutiplication sign. The F stands for flip it which means you flip the numerator and the denominator around in the second fraction. When we are multipling fractions all you do is multiply the numerators together to get the answer for the numerator. Then you multiply the denminators together to get the denominator. When you are dividing or multiplying you always ask yourself at the end can we reduce?

8/12 x 1/2 = 8/24  Can I reduce?  1/3

3/5 divided by 2/3 equals 9/10
